As if the last weeks haven’t bee tough, the 20th week of my training has been abysmal. I only managed to squeeze in 2 workouts. I really hope that the coming weeks will start improving again otherwise I can kiss my sub 10 goodbye.
There isn’t much to say about them but that work and life in general put a break on my training.
It can’t get worse that this.
