This will be another short “double” week update. The reason for this is that our babies are growing strong and need a lot of care which leaves little room for other stuff like sleeping and staying sane. Of course training is also on a minimum during this time and I really hope that in a week or two I can again kick it up a notch but until then I have to eat those small crumbs and be satisfied with it.
