Project sub 10 - week 15 & 16 (baby on board)

Long time no see!

It’s been a while since my last update but I have a good reason for this. My wife gave birth to our two (2!) babies like a true champ.

Because of COVID-19 I wasn’t allowed to be with her but I am now trying to make up for it by feeding them in the dead of the night while she can get a little more sleep.

All of this has put a huge dent into my training but I don’t mind it and I am sure the race is still far away to not cause too much of an issue.

I had to skip the FTP and Running threshold test because you can’t perform at your best with just a few hours of sleep a day.

All in all, things are falling into place and I am now also starting to work part time again so my training should also pick up soon.

Let’s check out the numbers of the last two weeks and head into the first week of t he Build Phase!
