Project: Sub 10 - week 14 (going long)

I finally managed to have a long run and bike in the same week!

I started the week with a threshold session on the bike with an average of 223 watts for 53 minutes which was then followed by a quick 15 minute run.

The week continued with a strength session and then started the long part of the week.

On Thursday I rode for 3 hours and 30 minutes on an average power of 183 watts and followed it with a 20 minute run on a 4:50 min/km pace.

This set me up for a great run on Friday where I ran for 1 hour and 45 minutes and covered 20 km (5:14 min/km). After a nice rest on Saturday I had a good run speed session to finish of the week.

Next week is going to be tough since my wife will get back home from hospital with our two (2!!) little babies which will for sure keep me busy and not well rested :D
