My name is Ivan Karačić and I am 33 years old. I live in the beautiful city of Zagreb, Croatia, where I spend my times working as a software developer for Five. In my free time I like to ride a bike (in fact I ride to work 20 km total a day) and work as a Tae Kwon Do trainer in the Tae Kwon Do club Feniks-Vukomerec where I train kids from 5 to 15 (we had even older people join, some kid's parents also trained for a while). It's pretty nice to work with them despite it not being always to easy (we all have our bad days).

One of my other passions is gambling, poker in particular. I am not a hard-core gambler who will spend his last dime on a bet, but I love to feel the excitement while competing against a person, machine, casino etc.

I am a passionate software developer and I will try to post a couple of (in my opinion) useful things which might save you a few hours I have spent trying to find an answer. I will also promote my apps here in order to make them recognized by as many people as possible.

Someone who shares all of my passions (maybe not gambling, but sports and software development) is Andrea, my wife (getting old and stuff). We are now together for more then 15 years and despite me being a pain in the ass most of the time we get along pretty good :) She also graduated the year I did at the same university (or maybe I graduated the same year as her) and is also now working as a software developer but in a much bigger company called Rimac Automobili. We have worked on some projects together and it hasn't always been fun but we delivered everything on time every time :)

We also have a 1 year old son, Viktor. This guy is a such a well of joy and happiness that it can’t be put into words. Like his father, he can be a pain in the ass but every smile makes up for 10 stupid things he does :)
