Project: Sub 10 - week 13 (life)

Hello everyone. I hope you are doing absolutely amazing!

As the title says, life got into the way of my training. The week started out fine with some speed sessions on the bike and on the run but as the week progressed some life events prevent me from training.

My wife is about to give birth to our babies (2!) and our dog is really sick so we have to take care of him as well.

All this resulted in the lowest training volume ever. I don’t think that even when training totally unstructured have I done so little in a week.

But it is what it is and I can only keep pushing. There are still 5 more months of training ahead so I think I have plenty of time to catch up.
