Project: Sub 10 - week 12 (rest)

A pretty uneventful week is behind me which helped the recovery process and my quest for improvement in the next three weeks

It started with a mix of easy runs and hard bike/run sessions and ended with a a 2 hour ride and an almost 1 hour run.

All in all, I needed this week to slow down and get ready for the next training block since I really started to feel the effects it had on me both physically and mentally.

Now I am at 100% again and ready for the last cycle in my base phase after which things will start to get serious.

A quick look at the numbers and it’s time for another sign off.
