Finally some recovery!
There isn’t really much to talk about for week 20. I had some pretty decent recovery which were aided by short and intense sessions.
I really felt great going through the week but as it came closer to the end I could feel getting a little sick so I had to ditch my long run and squeezed in only a short run session.
I hope it won’t affect me longer in week 21 but that’s something for next week.
The workload this week has been veeeery light but that’s something that is necessary if you want to push for another 3 weeks.
