One great week is behind me!
It started with speed sessions on Monday and Tuesday and was followed by a long ride on Wednesday which had me ride a little under 200W for an hour and 45 minutes after which I did a 30 minute push at around 220-235W.
I was smart enough to not push the first part too hard so I can get things done on the 30 minute interval and then finish it off with the remaining time at an easy 190-200W.
The rest of the week was quite busy too but I want to highlight my 2 hour run where I crossed 23.5 kilometers while pushing twins!
This was the third time in 3 weeks I do my long runs with them and my pace has improved by more than 30 seconds (5:38 to 5:28 to an amazing 5:06 last time). I have a half marathon soon and can’t wait to see how fast I can run without any weights attached :D
Now it’s time to take a little rest for week 20 and then push again for another three weeks.
Week 19 and 20 are quite busy for me when it comes to my job so I will really enjoy the slower pace of the recovery week.
My weight is dropping again and I am confident I can get close to 73.x kg after my recovery week.
