Road to Ironman - Week 7

I have taken a small break from cycling this week because my cousin from Germany and her boyfriend came to visit us so I wasn't able to put in some longer sessions. But I did quite well on the run part as well as on the swim part.

I am moving closer to the magical 3.8 km mark which I will hopefully crack in the near future:)

I am able to keep a constant pace of under 5 minutes per kilometer while running but I have some trouble keeping the pace not because I start to feel fatigue but because I start thinking about random things while forgetting to keep a high cadence.

Again I am pleased with the progress I am making and am looking forward to this week after which I'll probably take a one week break just to give my body a small chance to recover from the now almost three months of training (I am including here the "unofficial" September preparation)
