If you aren't able to do something full time you need to figure out a way to do it in your free time. Sometimes it's harder then it sounds. This month, which was supposed to be the one I do most of my work, turned out to be the one I was struggling the most to find some workout time.
Trying to meet deadlines at work, substituting the head coach in another gym and many other smaller things showed me what it takes to stay on course.
I have managed to squeeze in some workouts, not as much as I wanted to but it is what it is.
The highlight of last was me going to a wedding on the island named Lošinj (it was an awesome party by the way) and me trying my wetsuit out for the first time. It was a little strange at first, I had some sort of a panic attack since I am not used to being squeezed into something tight while swimming but after 20-30 seconds it all went away and I started a nice swim workout where I mostly practiced sighting.
I aimed for a particular object some 100-150 meters away and tried to stay on course. After some slight zigzagging I was able to swim in a somewhat straight line which is a good sign :)
I didn't take this time in the water into account since I didn't measure any distance or time and in the end it's not that important to have everything on paper. I was working on a specific problem and I think I made the best of it so it's time to find some other challenges.

This week I am focusing more on running since I believe I can still make some more gains in this area. I will include 1-2 easy runs, 2 hard runs with a lot of sprints and 1 long run over the weekend.
