Another recovery week!
I wanted to do something special this time around so I did a little triathlon on Tuesday. I started of with a 2.2k swim and then moved to a speed session on the bike and run.
All in all I felt great and enjoyed it very much.
I had another longer day on Thursday where I did a 1:30 hour bike ride and a little over 1 hour run.
Legs felt great again and I was really looking forward to the last swim where it was just to get going through the water and keep up the consistency.
I spent the weekend relaxing with my family and friends so I am eager for the final 8 weeks of pushing until the race :)
I am getting close to race weight!
